James is one of the founding members of Imparture having worked within the digital space for the last 10 years. When he's not at work, James can be found completing his executive MBA at Cass Business School.
Rachel BeardFinance & Operations Director
After ten years working in finance and project management, Rachel joined Imparture as the Operations and Finance director in 2015; she describes herself as an arithmophile and happily spends her days looking after anything and everything numbers related for the Imparture team. Rachel is an Englishwoman in San Francisco and often hums Sting tunes to herself.

Graham is one of the founding members of Imparture. Graham's career was initially grounded in PR, before founding a number of companies in the fields of social media and digital marketing.
Hannah StuartGlobal Events Director
Hannah is the Global Events Director at Imparture, drawing on over seven years’ experience in the Events industry. Prior to joining Imparture, Hannah worked in New York City as the Training Coordinator for an international executive search association and organised B2B conferences across Europe for the financial services and utilities industries. Hannah is a dedicated foodie with her finger on the pulse of the London food scene and her baking skills have been confirmed to be unrivalled in their deliciousness, made clear by her interview for the Great British Bake Off. Her long-term pipe dream is to effectively utilise the skills acquired during her post-grad studies in International Business Practice by escaping to Cornwall with her surfer husband to open her own yoga retreat.
Abby Hirsch PhillipsTrainer, Imparture
Abby’s diverse wealth of experience and expertise spans over 25 years, and covers a broad base of disciplines, from career and change management to training, facilitation, sales and marketing. She’s a sought-after speaker, and as Imparture’s Director of Global Training leads our Atlanta-based workshops in marketing, sales and recruitment. Abby provides business strategy, marketing and social media consultancy services through her own business. This followed a nine-year stint with CreateIt LiveIt, where she was Career, Business, Life Coach and Consultant Speaker and Trainer. Here Abby consulted with small businesses to help create and develop brand, design and strategy, plus improve networking. She also provided business writing services covering a wide range of formats and platforms. Other previous experience includes various career coach, consultant and trainer roles with the likes of O’Farrell Career Management, DBM and Americana Portraits, Inc. Abby also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design – Interior Architecture and Space Planning from Syracuse University. Her interests include learning, singing, dancing, photography, travel and farming. Jennifer RadkeTrainer, Imparture
Jennifer is CEO of the National Institute for Social Media, which aims to set the standards for social media education, assessment, certification and consulting. She previously served as VP, Business Development and has also been a Certified Instructor at the Institute. Jennifer is also Chief Strategist and Owner of Socially Inspired, which provides social media consulting services in Minneapolis, where she delivers Imparture’s workshops on marketing, data analytics and digital project management. Previous experience includes a number of roles with the Argosy University spanning 12 years, including AVP of Training and Regional VP of Marketing and Admissions. Jennifer also acted as Consultant with Creative Memories and holds a MS in Organizational Leadership from Argosy to go with her BA in Communications from the University of Minnesota-Morris. Robin ColnerTrainer, Imparture
Robin is Founder and CEO with DigiStar Media, where for the past six years she’s helped businesses, professionals and B2B companies successfully drive traffic, increase revenue and benefit from a results-driven social media strategy. Clients have included Houlihan Lawrence, plus Webster Bank, DialAmerica, and the Event Leadership Institute. Robin is also Academic Director and Teaching Faculty at Fordham University, developing the curriculum and hiring instructors as well as teaching various undergraduate and post-graduate courses in digital marketing and social media. It’s this experience that makes her a great fit to lead our New York-based workshops on marketing, product management and digital project management. Elad is a full-stack digital marketer living based in New York. Since 2014 Elad has been working with Imparture on training project's whilst conducting freelance digital projects within leading advertising agencies. Elad is highly skilled in social media & digital marketing with over 10 professional qualifications in software solutions to accompany his Bachelors Degree from the University of Deleware in Marketing & International Business.
Maureen HannanSenior Trainer, Imparture
Maureen is Content Strategy Consultant with Digital Scribes, LLC, and designs strategic, achievable content marketing plans for agencies and small businesses. Her specialties span social media strategy, content strategy for recruitment and SEO as well as online lead generation, brand recognition and both higher education and SaaS content marketing. Prior to setting up Digital Scribes, Maureen was Content Market, Journalist and Digital Publisher with Bellflower Media, having previously served as a Senior Editor on the National Recreation and Park Association’s Parks & Recreation Magazine. Maureen has a BA in English from the University of Virginia and a MA in Literature from California State University. She’s subsequently secured a Certification in IT (Web Development) from Northern Virginia Community College. Maureen has also worked as a freelance web content producer, freelance writer and editor having previously developed her educational skills as Adult Education Instructor, English Teacher and Professor of English, which she’s harnessed to good effect as a Senior Trainer for Imparture’s DC-based workshops. Rebecca is Web Site Design and Developer, Online Marketing Strategist and Social Media Trainer – she delivers Imparture’s workshops on recruitment in the Minneapolis area. She’s run her own business – Web Pages That Sell – since 2007, which connects businesses with the tools and resources to help them grow through online marketing and web development. Clients have included MeSheet, Working Smarts, Business Miracle Academy, The Do Good Company, Minnesota Women in Networking and Willettes Home Laundry, all of whom have used Rebecca’s services to build better designed websites. Previously, Rebecca’s background was in teaching, with training roles at The Connection and Comm-Works prior to becoming Instructional Designer with Allina Hospitals & Clinics.
